I’m 16 years old. 5’3” and about 120 lbs. I’m a dancer and runner. I’m also a vegetarian.
My Workouts: I’m a dancer. I’m at the dance studio at least 4 times a week. I run between 1-2 miles almost everyday. I do other workouts almost everyday to gain muscle and tone.
My Diet: I eat healthy and clean. I drink water constantly. I’m a vegetarian so to get my protein I eat eggs, nuts, tofu, beans, and whole wheat. I eat a ton of fruits and vegetables. I also really watch my portion sizes. I don’t really count calories anymore, I use to but I stopped doing that. Now I just make sure i’m eating healthy and only when I’m hungry.
